Future residents must show 2.5 times the base rent income to qualify.
How are utilities set up?
Residents pay for utilities directly to the providers. Georgia Power, AT&T and AW Services for water. The property will set up the water initially for residents.
What are the application fees?
$30 for the first applicant, and $15 for any other applicants over the age of 18.
